Cooling Off With an Ice Cold Drink

Flaked ice molds to any shape for use in displays and salad bars. This type of ice is ideal for health care facility use and in therapeutic/patient care.
  • Cubed Ice – Ideal for mixed drinks, carbonated beverages, ice dispensing, ice displays, ice retailing and banquet services. This is the most popular type of ice used in restaurants.

Maybe you don’t need a full ice machine, but your bar or other ice-necessary location is separate from your kitchen and you don’t want to continuously transport your ice.
